Advertising and monetization: We work with Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA) to display ads also to users outside Germany. Data transfers are safeguarded through standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Taxes and billing: International advertising revenue is booked in accordance with German tax regulations. Where withholding taxes apply, we use the relevant double taxation treaties and submit required forms.
Consumer information: legal texts such as terms and privacy notices contain specific guidance for users in the United Kingdom and the USA, including opt-out procedures for personalized advertising.
